We want you to actually use this, not feel trapped by it. Here's the honest deal on refunds when the rails are crypto.
the crypto reality
Crypto payments have no chargebacks. Once a transaction confirms on-chain, it's final — there's no bank to reverse it, no "dispute" button. So instead of pretending otherwise, we run a discretionary refund window: tell us within the window, meet the conditions below, and we'll send the crypto back manually.

- Pro 30-day pass: request within 7 days of purchase.
- Pro annual pass: request within 14 days of purchase.
- Crypto SaaS Starter Kit: request within 3 days of purchase.

what qualifies
We'll refund, no drama, if:
- You were double-charged or charged the wrong amount.
- Something on our end is broken and we can't fix it for you in a reasonable time.
- You bought Pro, barely used it, and ask within the window — we'll generally honor it.
What typically won't qualify:
- You lost money trading. DegenJournal is analytics, not advice — the market isn't a bug.
- You're outside the window above.
- Starter Kitafter you've been granted private-repo access and pulled the code — access is instant and irreversible, which is why its window is short and pre-access. The public MIT repo is free, so you can inspect the code quality before buying.
- Obvious abuse (buy → refund → rebuy loops, sharing access, etc.).
how to request one
Email hello@degenjournal.xyz with:
- The transaction hash of your payment (this is how we find and verify it).
- The email or wallet you used at checkout.
- A refund wallet address and one line on what went wrong.
We aim to review within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are sent back in crypto (typically the same asset or a stablecoin equivalent); network fees may be deducted. Refunds end the associated access.
