DegenJournal is an AI trading journal for Solana memecoin traders. It connects to your wallet (read-only), auto-imports every trade, and tells you — in plain, slightly rude English — why you keep losing money.

why this exists

I traded memecoins for a while and realized something embarrassing: I had no idea how I was actually doing. I'd remember the 10x I caught and completely memory-hole the twelve rugs before it. I made 87 trades in a week and could recall maybe six. My "strategy" was vibes, and vibes don't reconcile against a wallet at tax time.

Every journaling tool I found was built for stock and forex traders — manual trade entry, broker integrations, spreadsheets. None of them spoke Solana, none of them could read a wallet, and none of them would just tell me the truth about my patterns. So I built the thing I wanted: paste a wallet, get the whole picture, get roasted by an AI that has seen your 1am trades.

what it is

what it is not

  • Not financial advice. It's analytics on trades you already made. It doesn't call tops, shill coins, or send signals.
  • Not custodial. It never connects with signing permissions and literally cannot move your funds. Imports are read-only from a public address.
  • Not a guarantee. Knowing your patterns is an edge, not a cheat code. You can still blow your bag — you'll just know exactly how you did it.

who's behind it

DegenJournal is a small, independent project — built and run by a solo trader-developer, not a VC-funded 40-person "fintech." That's the whole pitch: it's made by someone who actually trades this stuff and needed it to exist. The app is dogfooded daily, and the same crypto-payments-and-auth stack it runs on is sold openly in the store as a starter kit.

No signals group. No paid Discord. No "financial freedom" course. Just a journal that keeps the receipts so you can get a little less bad every week.
