Do the passes auto-renew?
No. Nothing here auto-renews — not the crypto passes and not the card ones. Every pass is a one-time payment with no card kept on file. When a pass ends you simply choose whether to buy another.
I paid by card — how do I get Pro?
Card checkout runs through our Gumroad storefront, and right now we switch the account on by hand: forward your Gumroad receipt to hello@degenjournal.xyz and we'll flip you to Pro within 24 hours (usually much faster). Crypto checkout is instant and automatic — if you want Pro the second you pay, use the crypto rail.
What's your refund policy?
Free tier lets you try the full demo before paying a cent, so we ask you to use it first. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain — that's the nature of crypto, not a gotcha. If something genuinely breaks on our end, email us and we'll make it right.
What do I actually get on Pro?
Unlimited trade history, full AI insight + pattern detection, AI sentiment scoring on your notes, up to 25 wallets aggregated together, tax export (CSV/Koinly), and an instant email alert when a new pattern shows up on import. (Note: alerts fire when you import, not from continuous background wallet monitoring — that's a bigger lift we're evaluating.)
How is this different from Edgewonk or TraderSync?
Those are excellent journals built for stocks and forex with manual trade entry. DegenJournal is built for on-chain Solana memecoin trading: you paste a wallet and it auto-imports every swap straight from the blockchain — no broker integration, no CSV wrangling, no manual entry. And you can pay in crypto.
Do I need to connect a wallet or hand over keys?
Never. Imports are read-only from a public wallet address. We cannot touch your funds, sign anything, or move tokens. It's analytics, not custody.
