correlation, not causation — this shows what you did after someone posted, not proof they made you do it. accounts are only ranked when we have a link to the post.
DegenJournal answers this by matching your own Solana trade history against posts where an account named a specific token. If you bought that token within 24 hours of the post, the trade is attributed to that account, and the realized PnL on it is totted up. The accounts are then ranked by what they actually cost you, worst first.
Four steps. We track posts where an account names a specific token and links the post. A buy is attributed to a post if you bought the same token within 24 hours after it went up. If several accounts called the same coin in that window, the earliest one is credited, because they moved it. PnL is realized only, matched first-in-first-out.
No, and we won't claim it does. This is correlation, not causation: it shows what you did after someone posted, not proof they caused it. You might have found the coin yourself. The value is in the pattern across dozens of trades — if one account consistently precedes your worst entries, that is worth knowing regardless of causation.
No. The audit runs on trade history imported read-only from a public Solana wallet address. There is no signing, no approval, and no private key involved. DegenJournal cannot move or spend anything in your wallet.
Only realized losses. Sells are matched to buys first-in-first-out, so a position you are still holding counts as zero rather than as a loss, no matter how far underwater it is. That keeps the ranking conservative — the number you see is money you have actually lost, not paper drawdown.
You see your single worst-performing account for free, with the rest of the ranking blurred. Pro unlocks the full list, every account's cost, and how long you held each call. There is also a sample audit you can look at without signing in at all.
Yes. The share card carries the handles and the numbers only — never your wallet address. Shared audit pages are also excluded from search indexes.
